Bullying….

Bullying in all of it’s hideous forms is as old as time, with one individual seeking power over another, usually by intimidating, or even violent means.

Definition: “the behaviour of a person who hurts or frightens someone smaller or less powerful, often forcing that person to do something they do not want to do.” (Definition of bullying from the Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary & Thesaurus © Cambridge University Press)

Fact: 

One third of the globe's youth is bullied; this ranges from as low as 7% in Tajikistan to 74% in Samoa (https://www.stopbullying.gov/resources/fact)

There are a number of worldwide charities and organisations that are dedicated to eradicate bullying from society, but sadly, they are drastically underfunded.

That’s why we came up with the idea to help these organisations and our mission is simple: 

“To help create a safer and more inclusive online and physical community where everyone can feel safe, valued, included and empowered.”

About the DinoFriends

In a prehistoric land where dinosaurs roamed freely, a group of friendly and compassionate dinosaurs banded together to address a growing issue in their community - bullying. As they witnessed smaller dinosaurs being picked on by larger, more intimidating ones, they knew they had to take action to create a safer and more harmonious environment for all.
 

Led by the wise and gentle Brontosaurus, the group of friendly dinosaurs began hosting community gatherings to educate their peers about the harmful effects of bullying. Through storytelling and role-playing activities, they taught valuable lessons about empathy, kindness, and standing up for one another.
 

The Triceratops used their strength and resilience to protect the vulnerable dinosaurs from bullies, acting as fierce defenders of justice. 

The Carnotaurus used their strength and fierce will to reach out and provide support to those who were in danger of being bullied. 

And the Velociraptors used their quick wit and intelligence to diffuse tense situations and promote understanding among their peers.
 

Together, the friendly dinosaurs worked tirelessly to stamp out bullying at all levels, setting a powerful example of unity and compassion for their entire community. Through their efforts, they were able to create a culture of respect and acceptance, where every dinosaur felt valued and supported.
 

As word of their mission spread, neighbouring dinosaur communities began to take notice and follow suit, inspired by the positive impact the friendly dinosaurs were making. 

Through their collective efforts, they were able to create a ripple effect of kindness and understanding that extended far beyond their prehistoric land.
 

With the support of the DinoFriends, bullying eventually became a thing of the past, replaced by a spirit of inclusion and friendship that would endure for generations to come. 

And as the sun set on their prehistoric land, the dinosaurs knew that together, they had made a difference that would last a lifetime.

Who We Support and How We Do It

The DinoFriends meme coin will support anti-bullying charities around the world by donating a percentage of its profits to these organizations. This will be done through regular contributions from the sales of the meme coin as well as through fundraising events and campaigns.

DinoFriends will also raise awareness about the importance of standing up against bullying and promoting kindness and empathy. By featuring friendly dinosaur characters in its marketing and branding, our token will send a positive message about inclusivity, diversity and acceptance.

 This fantastic charity provides confidential, impartial advice for anyone worried about a child in a bullying situation. They also provide training and workshops to promote a safe space for all.

The European Antibullying Network believes that all children and young people should be able to enjoy a safe school environment and society, where all measures are taken to empower and protect them from any situation of harm and pain.

As DinoFriends matures, we will be looking support further organisations that help to prevent bullying and we will publish those details as they develop.

Outreach and Ambassador Programme

To build a strong community around our initiative, the DinoFriends Outreach and Ambassador Programme is an essential element to our aim to safeguard the well-being of children and teenagers around the globe.

By providing financial assistance via this programme, we will assist individuals and smaller community-based groups who share our goal of taking action.

In representing our initiative in different situations, Outreach and Ambassador partners will play an essential part in the process of generating widespread awareness and finances for anti-bullying activities. 

The programme is intended to empower and provide our Ambassadors and external partners with the resources they need to make a meaningful differences in the areas in which they live and work. 

Furthermore, Ambassadors and partners will have access to a complete training and support system as part of this programme, including access to instructional materials, marketing tools, and resources for fundraising.

In addition, we will offer continuous assistance and mentoring to ensure that our Ambassadors and partners are fully equipped with the information and tools necessary to successfully promote our purpose and achieve positive change in the challenging arenas in which they will operate.
